$28 Million acquisition & development loan to finance the redevelopment of the former Selva Marina Country Club in Atlantic Beach, Florida.  Atlantic Beach Country Club is a member-owned private club with a new 16,000-square-foot clubhouse, a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, a new 18-hole, 6,815-yard championship course designed by Erik Larsen of LarsenGolf in Ponte Vedra Beach and 178 single-family home sites surrounded by the golf course. It is the first golf course community to be built in Northeast Florida in the past decade and was named one of the nation’s Best New Courses by Golf Digest Magazine.
